- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a stray cat and they said they don't take them even though on their site it says they do and a friend asked if it were possible to just get a bit of food for his dogs and they denied him, also on their site it says they do. He just didn't want to drive all the way to rapid to feed his dogs to drive back up. How can you call yourself a shelter when you don't help!?!By Cody Hubbeling, June 09, 2017
